Weekly:
April thru September - $1,300.00 per week
October thru March - $1050.00 per week
(long term monthly rentals available in the off season)

Saturday to Saturday. In additional to rates a room tax of
13% is charged per stay as well as a $100.00 cleaning fee.

Nightly:
April thru September - $215.00 per night
October thru March - $180.00 per night
3 night minimum (tax and fees also apply)

Policies:
A deposit of 50% is required within one week from the date the reservation is
placed, final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival date

1. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on outside porches or in the yard.

2. A maximum of 6 adults may occupy and three cars in the driveway

3. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund of the deposit.

4. Check in time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am so that the cleaning team can do their job properly.

5. For long distance calls, please bring your calling card.

6. We provide bath towels and other linens for use in the house but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

7. We ask that you respect our neighbors, many of whom are year round residents, and not walk on their lawns or use their hammock..

8. Please let us know as soon as soon as you are able if something needs our attention. We want your stay to be as wonderful as possible. We can be contacted at (912) 897-7617 from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

9. Any damage to the house or its furnishings or missing items will be documented and billed to the guest.

10. Upon leaving the house for the final time, keys should be left on the kitchen table.
